FITLY WALKING !

Ephesians Chapter 5

15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,

16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord [is].

18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;

19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;

20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

21 Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God. * { Those ( 7 ) verses, describe walking " FITLY " with THE LORD, GOD. } *

Are [ you ] aware of [ your ] Christian walk?

“ See then that ye walk circumspectly,

not as fools, but as wise “

Ephesians 4:16

From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

Ephesians 2:21

In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:

Children of Light

8For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: 9(For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) 10Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord. 11And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. 12For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. 13But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.

14Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.

15See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, 16Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. 17Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. 18And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; 19Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; 20Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ; 21Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God. ( Ephesians 5:8-21 ) Circumspectly “ The basic meaning of Latin circumspicere is "to look around." Near synonyms are prudent and cautious, though circumspect implies a careful consideration of all circumstances and a desire to avoid mistakes and bad consequences. To always remain prudently watchful and discreet in the face of danger or risk. To be cautious implies the exercise of forethought usually prompted by fear of danger. “ Wise “ Having or showing experience, knowledge, and good judgment.

Alert to, or aware of something.

"wise up and sort yourselves out before it's too late" “ Fruitful “ is a Biblical concept used to describe the thoughts, words, and deeds produced by someone's soul. To obtain eternal life a soul must prove it has repented of sin by bearing the Good Fruit of Love.

“ Unfruitful “ Not producing good or helpful results; unproductive. The works of darkness are unfruitful because they are transient, meaning they are:

brief, short, momentary, fleeting, passing, here today and gone tomorrow;

And they are unfruitful because, whilst they last, they yield no real satisfaction. This “ world “ that we all live in, is in all actuality, fleeting at best. It had a beginning, it [ will ] have an ending. It is the dominion ( currently )

of a [ created ] powerful cherub fallen angel, a deceiving spirit, satan. A fallen world governed by a fallen leader, both having a temporary and fixed amount Of physical time. Even though it [ is ] his temporarily, he ( satan ) is still under

The ever present eyes of GOD ALMIGHTY. 2 Peter Chapter 3:9-10

9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Genesis 9:14-16

14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:

15 And I will remember my covenant, which [is] between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.

16 And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.

Are [ you ] walking with GOD? To walk " Fitly " with GOD you MUST Obey GOD'S commands. To walk with GOD, you must keep in step with Him.

Seek guidance from the HOLY SPIRIT, have patience, and walk with others that are seeking the same path.

Understanding GOD, is getting to know GOD. Getting to know GOD is having a real, honest, relationship with OUR FATHER.

One on One. JESUS CHRIST is the light, and the lighted pathway to that goal.

Revelation Chapter 21:1-5

1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

4And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

5And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. Deuteronomy 33:27

The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them. Psalms 24:7

Proverbs Chapter 8

21 That I may cause those that love me to inherit substance; and I will fill their treasures.

22 The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old.

23 I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.

24 When [there were] no depths, I was brought forth; when [there were] no fountains abounding with water.

Galatians 5:25

If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Hebrews 13:8

Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. Amen !
